Through the summers of 2020 and 2021, between coronavirus lockdowns, members of the UK Vans skate staff wild camped their approach across the English and Welsh coastlines skating sea wall spots and previous army constructions alongside the best way.
Circumstances have been unglamorous. The spots have been rugged and unconventional, forcing them to suppose exterior the field. They slept on uneven hillsides after organising camp late at evening, typically within the rain. They endured trench foot, greasy English breakfasts and miles upon miles on the highway (2124 miles to be actual).
Regardless of all of the hardship they managed to hit a smorgasbord of spots alongside the best way – some acquainted, some distant, one or two possibly even beforehand untouched. However extra importantly they acquired to benefit from the stunning and assorted surroundings our coast has to supply and reconnect with nature after months of lockdowns and restrictions.
