After signing Goran Dragic on Monday, the Brooklyn Nets waived Carter after averaging 3.6 factors, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per sport in 46 video games this season with the Nets.
Carter joins a Bucks staff that wants additional depth at guard after Pat Connaughton suffered a fractured fourth metacarpal on his proper hand that may have him sidelined for 4 weeks. The Bucks are fifth within the Jap Convention at 36-24. They’ve 22 video games remaining on their regular-season schedule.
The West Virginia alum might be becoming a member of his fourth NBA staff after being drafted to the Memphis Grizzlies in 2018 and spending two seasons with the Phoenix Suns from 2019-2021. If he clears waivers by Saturday, he’ll make his debut with the Bucks when the defending champs play in opposition to the Brooklyn Nets.
