Description of Job Duties
- Present teaching and administrative help to the Director of Energy & Conditioning Coach in all phases of the soccer energy and conditioning program.
- Present help within the day by day operation of the load room and implementation of individualized energy, pace, conditioning, and suppleness applications for student-athletics in all assigned intercollegiate sports activities applications.
- Promote the philosophy and targets of the intercollegiate athletics program, together with adherence to all division insurance policies and procedures, in addition to the principles and laws of the college, Southland Convention and the NCAA.

Required Training
Bachelor’s Diploma.
Required Work Expertise
Minimal of 1 yr of expertise in energy & conditioning coaching.
