Duties & Tasks

  • Help Director of Power & Conditioning for Soccer in all traits for Soccer applications. These traits embrace power, pace, conditioning, diet, GPS monitoring, physique profile administration, and purposeful levels of rehabilitation for injured athletes cleared for participation by the medical employees
  • Instruct in Olympic lifting methods, plyometric progressions and dash growth
  • Check and consider athletic efficiency on power, energy, flexibility, physique fats proportion and particular conditioning
  • Help with counseling of student-athletes together with an authorized nutritionists relating to food regimen, diet and weight management
  • Help with the event and upkeep of a GPS database for assigned student-athletes.
